Sorting Parameters
Generic sorting parameter values
The following sorting parameter values are supported by all real estate types.
General Sorting Rules
- For a descending sorting prefix the parameter with a minus, e. g.:
sorting=-price. Please note that this does not apply to thedistanceandbuildingprojectsparameter value which only supports ascending sort order. - If no sorting parameter is provided, the real estate id is used as the default sorting in case of region search
- The distance is used as default sorting in case of radius search
- If a sorting value is not supported an error is returned
